There are many participants in the reducer industry, and competition is fierce. Improving service quality is one of the important ways to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Due to the large number of reducer types and increasingly diversified application scenarios, customers need to understand the models and parameters of different reducers to make appropriate choices. Against this backdrop, actively communicating with customers before sales and recommending suitable reducer models based on the working conditions of the customer's machinery will effectively improve customer satisfaction.
