1. Avoid using a hammer to strike the hollow rotary platform and avoid dropping it to damage the hollow rotary platform reducer.
2. Carefully connect it to the load side.
3. Handle the product edges and key sides with care.
4. Avoid contact between hands and other foreign objects and the rotating shaft when using the hollow rotary platform.
5. Avoid excessive impact on the product when assembling pulleys, connecting keys, and mechanical keys.
6. Do not disassemble and reassemble the product to avoid damage or affecting its performance.
7. If the product feels abnormal, stop operation immediately; otherwise, it may adversely affect the system.
Hollow Rotary Platform Installation Steps:
Step 1: Before installation, ensure that the motor and equipment are in good condition. Strictly check whether the dimensions of the parts connected to the motor and reducer match.
Step 2: Tighten the screws on the dustproof holes on the outside of the flange, adjust the PCS system clamping ring so that its side holes are aligned with the dustproof holes, insert the hexagon wrench to tighten, and then remove the motor shaft key.
Step 3: Naturally connect the motor and equipment. During connection, ensure that the concentricity of the reducer output shaft and the motor input shaft is consistent, and that the flanges on both sides are parallel.
Step 4: During installation, do not use a hammer to strike, to prevent excessive axial or radial force from damaging the bearings or gears. Be sure to tighten the roller bolts.
Step 5: Before installation, clean the rust-proof oil on the motor input shaft, positioning protrusion, and connecting parts inside the equipment with gasoline or zinc sodium water.
Step 6: Before connecting the motor and equipment, align the motor shaft keyway with the tightening bolt.
Step 7: Tighten the installation bolts at any diagonal position, then tighten the installation bolts at the other two diagonal positions, and finally tighten all four installation bolts one by one.
