Hard-tooth-faced cylindrical gear reducer
This standard reducer includes three series: ZDY (single-stage), ZLY (two-stage), and ZSY (three-stage), with 44 models and 40 speed ratios of external meshing involute helical cylindrical gear reducers. Its gears, shafts, and other main parts are made of high-strength alloy steel, using carburizing, quenching, and gear grinding manufacturing processes.
