Planetary gear reducer for disc feeder
The NSLT planetary gear reducer is a product developed by our company for disc feeders. Its input and output shafts are arranged vertically, with horizontal input and vertical upward output. This reducer can also be used in other similar transmission mechanisms.
The NSLT reducer is composed of a single-stage helical gear reducer and two-stage planetary reducers. The main parts of this reducer, such as gears and shafts, are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel, using carburizing, quenching, and gear grinding manufacturing processes. Its features include compact structure, small size, light weight, high load-carrying capacity, low noise, long service life, and high transmission efficiency.
Applicable Conditions:
Maximum speed of high-speed shaft: no more than 1500 r/min
Operating ambient temperature: -40℃~+50℃.
When the ambient temperature is below 0℃, the lubricating oil should be heated to above 0℃ before starting.
